At Trapeze School New York we thrive on shared experience - each session is made up of a group of people coming together and going on an adventure.  Whether your aerial journey is just beginning, or TSNY is already your second home, we invite you to join our community as a TSNY member.  Sessions, workshops, merchandise, and more are available at discounted rates.  Benefits include exclusive access to the school’s fitness area and advance registration for social events.  TSNY Membership allows students to take advantage of everything the school and community has to offer, and to share their passion with friends and family.  Memberships are tiered – find the level that fits your flying and aerial pursuits, and join our community of trapeze enthusiasts!

Terms and Conditions

• The term of a membership is month-to-month, commencing on the date of signup.  Membership fees are collected via Glofox through Stripe.  No exceptions.
  • You will be charged on the same date every month based on the date you subscribe.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable.
  • Monthly credits do not accrue or roll over.  Any unused credits at the end of your monthly cycle will be removed from your account.
  • Members must notify the office prior to the date of their billing cycle if they wish to switch Tiers.
• Members may book classes up to an additional four weeks from the last day of their current membership cycle.  If a membership is canceled, the member will be removed from all scheduled and unbilled classes, and the cancelation policy will apply.
• Monthly credits do not accrue or roll over.  Any unused credits at the end of your monthly cycle will be removed from your account.
• Monthly credits may only be used for regular drop-in classes, not privates, IFWs, etc.
• Monthly credits and/or membership discount may not be used to book out an entire class.
• The Bring a Friend or Two program lets you get your drop-in discount for up to two additional spots on your session sign-up for regularly-scheduled group sessions.  The member must attend the session with the friend (or two).
• All Glofox credits must be used in full for the month prior to taking advantage of the Bring a Friend or Two program.  Glofox credits may be used only by the member, and may not be used to bring a "friend" on a member's account.  The member's drop-in discount will not apply until all monthly credits have been used
• If you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so either via the Glofox app, or by contacting office@trapezeschool.com.  PLEASE NOTE:  Any pre-existing signups or ongoing workshops occurring on or after the membership termination will be charged at full price.

    Examples:

1. You signed up for an IFW with your member discount.  Midway through the 10-week workshop you cancel your membership.  For the remaining five sessions you will be required to pay the difference between the member and non-member workshop price
2. You purchased an IFW session that starts next month using your member discount, then terminate your membership.  You will be required to pay the difference between the member and non-member session price before the start of your IFW.

• Students must complete and sign the Membership Agreement on Glofox in order for the membership to be considered valid and active.
• All programming is subject to availability and all standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply. 
• Membership terms are subject to change without notice.
